SE-bonus

The SE-bonus (System Erasure bonus) is an item that appears when certain conditions are met.

Scoring

The first bonus box collected in every stage is worth 1,000 points. Each subsequent bonus collected is worth double the last one.

Stage 1-1

Shoot the orange bird that appears at the beginning of the stage.

When fighting Arc Adder, pass through the center of 4 ring lasers. The lasers appear in Arc Adder's second phase, which starts when its orange shields are destroyed.

After the boss warning, destroy all four large enemies, then destroy the golden enemy that appears.

Stage 1-2

The first bonus can be found while shooting a box with the SE logo.

The second bonus can be found by destroying all SE boxes to the left and right, and then defeating the orange enemy that spawns after.

The third bonus can be found while a malfunctioning box spawner. It will be the last one on the top, with 'x' for eyes.

The first bonus can be found by shooting a small island to the right, when the first large ship approaches.

The second bonus can be found by destroying all ships that fire the lasers, and then destroying the orange enemy that spawns after.

The third bonus can be found by the snake. First, destroy all of its segments, and then the head. Another orange enemy should spawn, and destroying this should yield another bonus.

A secret fourth bonus can be found just before the boss, by firing at the planet as the screen is moving. A witch will appear, in which shooting them will yield a small point bonus.

Stage 1-4

All three bonuses can be found in the last section of the horizontal hallway.

The first bonus can be found by destroying three of the single green enemies. The second and third bonuses is the same, but with two and three of them occurring at once.

Stage 2-1

After the boss warning, destroy all four large enemies, then destroy the golden enemy that appears.

Stage 2-2

The first bonus can be found by destroying all SE boxes to the left and right, and then defeating the orange enemy that spawns after.

A secret bonus can be found after the section where you would normally find the first bonus. A box with a heart on it will appear, and must be destroyed quickly else an enemy lands on it. Upon destroying it, a lady will appear and give you hearts that gives 10 points each.

The second bonus can be found by damaging a cracked tooth near the beginning of the horizontal section.

The third bonus is received by damaging one of the boss's hands, while the other hand is not holding on to the wall. Doing so will cause him to drop, and spit out the bonus from his mouth.

Stage 2-3

The first bonus can be found by shooting a small island to the right, when the first large ship approaches.

The second bonus can be found by destroying all ships that fire the lasers, and then destroying the orange enemy that spawns after.

If you are fighting the snake, the third bonus can be found by the snake. First, destroy all of its segments, and then the head. Another orange enemy should spawn, and destroying this should yield another bonus.

However, if you are fighting the crab, simply defeating it yields the bonus. To encounter the crab, you must shoot black spots in the water while flying above the ocean. When you shot down enough, the crab will appear in place of the snake.

Similarly, the secret fourth bonus can be found by firing at the planet just before the boss. A witch will appear, in which shooting them will yield a small point bonus.
